What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like to hear from us, and your message. We use them to answer you.

Please do not put medical details in a message. Your therapist asks about your health in person, at your visit.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. At your first visit you receive our notice of privacy practices, which explains your rights and how to use them.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. With your permission we may share what we find with your physician or dentist.
